The Power of Showing Up

The Power of Showing Up

The world has rarely been as full of peril and potential as it is right now. But we think it’s in times of crisis when world-changing ideas are born.

2020 was a year when everything changed, from how we fight for racial justice to how we embrace the struggles of all women and non binary people. 2020 has forced us to reimagine how we organise our world, care for others, and protect both our people and the planet.

A unique interactive live online event

We’ve created a unique interactive online experience bringing together 14 inspiring speakers and performers with perspectives and lived experiences thoughtfully curated to inform, inspire, delight, and challenge. This creative online event brings the thrill of TEDx events directly into your living room, and is broadcast from London’s iconic Abbey Road Studios.

Over three unique live speaker sessions we will explore the power of showing up for each other, showing up for the world and – just as importantly – showing up for yourself. We’ll explore how it’s in the process of showing up that we break free from outdated conventions, create a supportive, bold future, and surface hidden solutions to the problems we all face.

Our all access pass is £25 and gives you a chance to watch all the talks, take part in the interactive sessions and enjoy our after party!

Meet the people and ideas to change your world

TEDxLondonWomen is a much needed chance for a community of truth-seekers, thought-provokers and change-doers to come together in a spirit of inclusive discussion, open-mindedness and intellectual curiosity.

Come with us on an unexpected journey

TEDx events have never been just about the talks, though these are loved by millions. It’s about an incredible community coming together, all committed to building a better world through the power of exploring and sharing new ideas. It’s about the thrill of encountering incredible new perspectives and the people that champion them.

Our live, interactive day of talks and activities is designed to bring us all together in a rare moment of magic; the kind that happens when new and unexpected things combine.

You might start the day with a nourishing yoga warm-up or easing into inspirational ideas over your morning coffee. Perhaps you want to take a post-talk breather in our online Relaxed Room, chat with our community of the curious in one of our Conversation Circles, meet our speakers in the Citi Speaker Lounge, or shake it loose in our Virtual Dance Party.
