1. Do I need to buy multiple passes if I’m watching with other people?

You only need to buy one pass per household to watch. If you buy multiple passes, those extra you buy will be for people outside of your household.

2. If I buy multiple passes, why do I need to provide a unique email address for each attendee?

We need a unique email address for each attendee so that they can login to the platform and access all of the day’s content.

3. How will I watch and participate in TEDxLondonWomen on the day?

All attendees will need access to a web-enabled device with a strong internet connection.
You will receive login details ahead of the event to access the event platform, where you will watch the Speaker Sessions and, if you have an All Access Pass, participate in the interactive elements of the day.

4. What’s included in the Event Day Kit?

If you book an All Access Pass, you will receive:

  • The TEDxLondonWomen 2022 canvas tote bag
  • The TEDxLondonWomen 2022 Zine
  • ….more details coming soon!

5. When will my Event Day Kit arrive?

If you book an All Access Pass before the 7th February, your kit will arrive by event day on the 27th February. If you book on or after the 7th February, your kit may arrive after the event. There may be some unforeseen delays in deliveries due to the impact of Covid on supply chains, but we will do our best to make sure you receive it in time.

6. Are Event Day Kits available for attendees outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide kits to UK addresses. If you’re outside of the UK, you will get access to the virtual TEDxLondonWomen Zine and you can also request for your kit to be sent to a friend or family member in the UK if you wish.

7. I won’t be able to make it on the 27th February. Can I still buy a ticket and tune in afterwards?

The event will be live streamed and won’t be available to watch at a later date. The talks will be uploaded to the official TEDxLondon YouTube channel about a month after the event.

8. I’ve bought a ticket but now can’t make it. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you can no longer attend. Please email info@tedxlondon.com if you have any questions.

9. Is the event suitable for children?

There is no age restriction to attend, however we do advise parental or guardian discretion for children under 16 years of age. We may also cover themes that some attendees may find distressing. We endeavour to provide trigger warnings prior to this content.

10. Who’s speaking at TEDxLondonWomen?

We’ll be announcing the full speaker line up at the end of January 2022.

11. Can I find out what time certain speakers will be giving their talks?

We will publish the full schedule about a week before the event.

12. Can I book a Pass to see a specific speaker or session?

All Passes give you access to both speaker sessions on the 27th February. You cannot book to see an individual speaker or specific session.
