Nutritionist, trainee psychotherapist and writer (she/her)

Pixie is a registered nutritionist (RNutr), trainee psychotherapist and science communicator. Alongside her degrees in biochemistry and nutrition, she’s developed a huge following on her ‘Pixie Nutrition’ social media accounts. Pixie shows up as a nutrition expert on BBC, Sky and Channel 5, and divides her time between her clinic, social media, teaching, hosting her podcast ‘In Bad Taste’, and public speaking. Her work aims to bridge the gap between nutrition and psychotherapy, looking at food metabolically, emotionally, and metaphorically. She has written several books, including her most recent The Insta-Food Diet: How Social Media has Shaped the Way We Eat (2020).

Pixie currently owns around 50 houseplants (at last count) and is slowly turning her London flat into an indoor jungle. If she passes a cat on the street, everything else can wait, and that cat must be given attention.
