Music artist, writer & CEO of Gaysians (she/they)
Reeta Loi is a powerful speaker, music artist and writer and is the Forbes 100 listed founder & CEO of global LGBTQ+ movement, Gaysians. Reeta co-curated TEDxLondon Pride in 2021 and has also spoken at The Oxford Union. She has DJ’d at Mumbai Pride and was instrumental in lobbying for legislation change in India in 2018.
She is a former cover star and Contributing Editor at Gay Times.
Her VICE documentary in 2020 exposed a Gay Marriage Scam in India. Her work transcends identity and is rooted in authenticity and justice.. Reeta loves to cook traditional Indian dishes. She is also a Buddhist and says music brings her ‘the most joy in life’.
Reeta’s performance will include her inspirational spoken piece ‘SuperPowers’, produced with Toronto based music producer Jeia, and will also feature a special live version of her forthcoming track ‘Remedy’ with British Sri Lankan finger drummer Gnarly.
