Ugla Stefanía Kristjönudóttir Jónsdóttir (Owl) is an author, feminist and campaigner. They are the co-director of My Genderation, columnist for the Metro and the co-author of the best selling books, The Trans Teen Survival Guide and Trans Survival Workbook. In 2019, they were on the BBC’s 100 Most Influential Women list. Their work relates to issues of trans people, women, feminism, sexual violence and intersectionality, where they use their radical vulnerability to move hearts and minds.
Ugla was raised on a farm in rural Iceland and is a huge animal and nature lover. In Ugla’s spare time, they love to play video games and roleplay in Dungeons & Dragons.
Fox Fisher is an award-winning artist, author, and filmmaker. Fox is co-director of My Genderation, sits on the Advisory board for All About Trans and is a co-founder and trustee of Trans Pride, Brighton. Fox screen-printed live at the Tate Modern and the V&A, merging the topics of gender and art. Fox consults on trans storylines, including Eastenders, Hollyoaks and Sex Education. Fox’s books include a gentle gender non-conforming book hated by the Daily Mail called Are You A Girl Or Are You A Boy?, the Trans Teen Survival Guide, Trans Survival Workbook and Trans Pride Coloring Book.
Fox describes themselves as a brown, queer, pansexual, non-binary, trans masculine, pointy dog owner, cat dad, occasional skateboarder and dreamer.
